Terms and Conditions: The Legacy “True Estimate” Clean
1. The True Estimate Process
Our "True Estimate" is a no-obligation initial assessment cleaning. This service is designed to establish a "true baseline" for your home and provide an accurate, guaranteed quote for recurring services (Weekly or Bi-Weekly).

Coverage: The True Estimate clean covers up to 3 hours of labor or 2,500 sq. ft. of space.

Focused Cleaning: Our team will perform a focused maintenance-level clean during this time to collect data on the actual time required to maintain your home to Legacy standards.

Free Deep Clean Effort: We eliminate the initial "deep clean" effort for free as part of this assessment for customers seeking recurring services.
2. Eligibility & Commitment

The "True Estimate" clean is reserved for potential customers who are genuinely seeking recurring [Weekly/Bi-Weekly] service.

Requesting a Free Assessment does not guarantee service. Legacy’s Cleaning Services Inc. reserves the right to refuse service based on location, home condition, or scheduling availability.
3. Guaranteed Pricing

Following the True Estimate clean, you will be presented with a Guaranteed Quote.

This quote is based on the actual time recorded during the assessment.

Unlike standard estimates, this price is fixed for your recurring service and will not "jump up" after the first few visits, provided the home condition and service frequency remain consistent.
4. Home Access & Utilities

Utilities: To perform the cleaning, the home must have running water and working electricity.

Access: Clients must provide clear instructions for home entry (key, code, or being present). If we are unable to access the home at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to cancel the assessment.

Safety: We reserve the right to refuse cleaning if we encounter hazardous conditions (e.g., biohazards, unstable structures, or aggressive pets).
5. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work. If any area of your home was not cleaned to your satisfaction during the True Estimate, you must notify us within 24 hours.

We will return to reclean the specific area at no additional cost as soon as our schedule allows.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of a True Estimate appointment.

Repeated cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the "Free Assessment" offer.
7. Limitations of Liability

Breakage/Damage: While we treat your home with the utmost care, accidents can happen. We are fully insured and bonded. Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

Valuables: We ask that you secure or put away items of extreme monetary or sentimental value before our arrival.

Excluded Tasks: Our technicians do not climb higher than a two-step stool, move heavy furniture (over 25 lbs), or clean areas contaminated by mold, animal waste, or bodily fluids.
8. Confirmation of Service

Submitting the online form is a request only. Your True Estimate appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation text and email from our management team.
